- Business Question of the Week: Just got home from jury summons - I was excused. Businesses in NV are required to allow you to attend a summons and serve if you are selected as a juror. Businesses do not have to pay you for missed work, however jurors are compensated $40 per day by the court. As a small business owner, have you served on a jury before? How would jury service affect your business?
